General Show Hours: 10 AM - 4 PM
Vendor Breakdown Time: 4 PM - 5 PM

* One (1) 6’ Table - $65 rent fee

* Display Case for rent is optional

* Electrical Outlets Accessibility within venue
Table assignments(s) will be done at least 1 week before event day. Vendors will be notified via IG.

* Registered vendors must present valid ID at check-in & show their IG page at the check-in table to enter during setup hours.
* Two (2) wristbands per table will be given at check-in. For security purposes, only those with wristbands may enter the event space before and after show hours. If a team member is coming separately, please meet them outside to give them their wristband to enter. No exceptions. Security checks will be done at the door.
* Vendors + staff (adults) is limited to max 2 per table in consideration of other vendors & the shared space. If a 3rd wristband is needed, notify SinCityCardsShow staff.
* Children of vendors will receive separate designated wristbands.

* Table, chairs, & tablecover will be setup prior to vendor arrival.
* Vendors are responsible for setting up their own products on the designated setup day and time.
* Vendor tables must remain as laid out by Sin City Card Show team. They cannot be rearranged.
* Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens to the public and must remain intact until the event concludes.
* Breakdown is not permitted until the event has officially ended unless prior notification to Sin City Card Show team is given.
* Vendors are only allowed to setup on assigned tables & in designated areas.
* Additional tables may not be added on the day of the event.
* Vendors may bring & setup one small rack per registered table. No added chairs or tables of any size.
* Failure to follow the above policies may prevent future show vendor registration.

* Vendors may only sell products specified on their registration form.
* All items sold must be legal and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
* Stolen, counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the event and banned from future vendor opportunities.

* Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
* Harassment, discrimination, violence, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
* Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly space. Please leave your area the way you found it (free of trash).
* Smoking, vaping, alcohol and all drug substances are prohibited. Vendors caught with any prohibited items will be escorted off premises immediately without warning. No exceptions.

* Vendors are responsible for obtaining liability insurance for their booth/designated space and merchandise.
* The event organizers, venue host & event affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
* Personal recording devices are recommended for each vendor space to serve as a deterrent and as evidence, if needed.

* Vendors must comply with all instructions and requests from event staff.
* Failure to adhere to event rules may result in penalties, including removal from the event and/or being banned from vending at future Sin City Card Show events.

* Registered vendors are NOT PERMITTED to resell vendor tables unless preapproved by Sin City Card Show with written notice.
* All Vendors must register with Sin City Card Show via the Vendor Registration Form prior to the event date. This includes vendors you may be splitting a table with.
* Anyone caught participating in the reselling of a table(s) will be removed from the event and/or banned from vending at future Sin City Card Show events.
* Any changes to vendor information must be reported to Sin City Card Show team.
* Sin City Card Show team members will conduct vendor checks throughout the show.
* This ensures a fair marketplace for all vendors and the safety of all who are present at the event.

The event organizers reserve the right to amend these rules as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

By registering for the event, vendors agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

Table selection will be confirmed on a first pay, first receive basis. Table reservations are only guaranteed after full payment is received. A receipt will be emailed to the registered email address from “EventHost@SinCityCardShow.com”; check junk box if not received within 10 minutes of submission.

NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, TRANSFERS, NOR DISCOUNTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, OR EARLY AND/OR REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON.
